Royal Touch Wellness is a sanctuary space built for healing, rest, and therapeutic care — and we protect it fiercely. Our practice is rooted in serving women and caregivers, and all clients are welcome here who honor that environment. Massage therapy and bodywork at Royal Touch Wellness are strictly professional, therapeutic services. There is zero tolerance for sexual comments, requests, gestures, or behavior of any kind — before, during, or after a session. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate end of the session, a permanent ban from our studio, full payment due for the scheduled service, and a report to the appropriate authorities when warranted. We hold deep appreciation for the respectful clients — including our male clients — who understand and uphold the integrity of this space. Thank you for choosing Royal Touch Wellness. These policies help us provide the best possible experience for every client. Appointments Appointments can be booked online or by contacting us directly. We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Arrival Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to settle in. Arriving late may shorten your session so we can remain on schedule for all clients. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to the full service fee. No-Show Policy Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Payments Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards and other approved payment methods available through our booking system. Refunds Services provided are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please let us know within 48 hours so we can address your concerns. Unused gift certificates and prepaid services are subject to their original terms and conditions. Health Information Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, recent surgeries, allergies, pregnancy, or changes in your health before your session. This information helps us provide a safe and effective treatment. Professional Boundaries Royal Touch Wellness maintains a professional, respectful, and therapeutic environment at all times. Any inappropriate language, behavior, or requests will result in the immediate end of the session, and the full service fee will apply. Future appointments may be declined. Cell Phones Please silence your phone during your appointment to help maintain a peaceful environment for yourself and other clients. Children & Guests For the comfort and safety of all guests, we ask that only clients receiving services enter the treatment area unless prior arrangements have been made. Gift Certificates Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Memberships Membership benefits are available only while the membership is active. Membership terms, billing, and benefits are outlined at the time of enrollment. Privacy Your personal and health information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
