In simple terms, massage therapy can help by loosening up the muscles in your lower back (lumbar region), which in turn reduces the pressure on the discs between your vertebrae. A targeted massage session can include many different techniques depending on your needs. There may be stretching, deep tissue work, Swedish techniques, or trigger point therapy. You will actively participate through identifying the exact location and intensity of the discomfort. This helps us work together in releasing the constricted areas in the muscles to allow the alleviation of discomfort. Our massage therapist will use cupping, CBD oil, infrared light*, & deep tissue techniques. This type of treatment on a regular basis can help naturally manage chronic issues.
