The massage was great. Roshonda made sure I was comfortable and checked in to make sure the pressure was right. She found an area of my shoulder where pain was hiding. She used a combination of Swedish massage and cupping. By the end my shoulder was pain free with increased movement and increased ease of movement. Roshonda also showed me exercises to do at home that would help strengthen my injured shoulder.

Just a heavenly massage. roshonda cares a lot and it shows. wednesdays for $59 are a great deal and i so appreciated that she even made a care plan for me to return. no one’s ever offered me that before and i found it extremely kind and thoughtful.
